Best Keyword Tool Suggestion Software Revealed

The best keyword tool suggestion I can offer you is Jaaxy. Having spent well over ten years working online and trying a variety of research software. I can guarantee this is one of the most user-friendly generators I have come across.

Even more impressive is the vast amount of pertinent information provided. There are a couple of other good ones available but most I have tried are a bit cumbersome or too complex. This gives marketers what they need with the click of a few buttons.

Jaaxy Membership Options

Keyword Tool Suggestion Pricing

Recommended for everyone joining. There are no pushy upsells and the 30 free searches will give you an excellent idea of how it works. I think two of the main differences between the membership levels is speed and automation.

I used Pro Lite a special free membership for people belonging to the Wealthy Affiliate community. It was sufficient to get me started in my business.

I recently upgraded to Pro (WA members get a discount). This is for the folks who have committed to building a small home-based business. It’s fast, easy to use and saves time.

I do strongly recommend if you are not already building a business join Wealthy Affiliate. They will provide you with all the training you need including website hosting.

Then you can use Pro Lite at no charge until you are making money. Oh, also there is a cheaper option for Pro – a yearly subscription.

This is for the power users. People running several websites or maybe operating a keyword research business or domain name business. Everything is automated (one click service) and super fast. You can get a cheaper yearly subscription as well. These are offered once you decide to upgrade.

7  Keyword Suggestion Tool Features You Will Love

Suggestion Keyword Tool Features

Looking at the photo above you can see there is a lot you can do not only searching for keywords. This was designed for the small business owner in mind so it provides additional handy features which provide handy which will save you time when building your biz.

The most basic feature has a unique algorithm which pulls in all data from Yahoo, Google and Bing search engines. These companies own 99.7% of all search traffic online so this will give you a definite advantage over most other competitors.

Billions of words are searched for each day. Jaaxy has a dig component to go as deep as you wish to find unique long-tail keywords for your business. This is the model most of us follow at WA and as mentioned it will save you many hours of unnecessary work. Let’s take a more in-depth look at each section.

1.    Search Keywords

Basic Website Keyword Search

Avg – is the average number of searches that the keyword receives per month. We want this to be over 30 for long-tail keyword targeting. Of course the higher the better taking the other factors into consideration.

Traffic – visits to your website if you achieve first page rankings in the search engines for that specific phrase. Of course, the more visitors you receive, the better.

QRS – Quoted Search Results is the number of competing websites ranked in Goole for this exact keyword. This a very important number and maybe unique to Jaaxy. Under 400 is generally okay; starting off should be under 100.

KQI – Keyword Quality Indicator is a formula used to determine the quality of the word or phrase. You want to be able to write with it effectively, attract visitors and end up with sales. Good quality helps. Green is best. Red worst.

SEO – Search Engine Optimization is a score based on traffic and competition. The higher the score the more likely you will rank on the first page of Google. Closer to 100 is desirable.

Domains – The domain names available to buy. Find more means the most commonly used ending are taken – com, net, and org. However, clicking will lead allow you to discover other potential endings.

Looking at the table above I would target “matcha tea sets”. Matcha is a kind of green tea from Japan. It has a very bitter taste and is used as part of the tea ceremony as well as being served in some homes.

This has a strong QSR, KQI, and SEO. The traffic is a little lower than I would want but acceptable. I would proceed to write a 1000 to 1500 word post and expect to see my article on the first page of Google before too long. It will not be instant if you have a new website. However, it does work.

2.    Alphabet Soup Technique Automated

A very powerful way to look for phrases. We used to do this manually using Google Instant search engine. It provides a few other suggestions in a drop-down format when returning results. Jaaxy can do the same thing and goes much further providing hundreds of results.

Alphabet Keyword Search Technique

In the above photo, I have entered “oven” and you can see what the suggestion tool has returned, starting with any phrases containing a word beginning with the letter “A” in it. As you move the top bar with the blue circle the letter changes (as in the next picture).

Alphabet Keyword Search Technique With Letter D

In this example, I moved the circle to the letter “D”. The results all contain a word beginning with “d” such as digital or deni. So you can see the huge potential to find out of the box, winning keywords. I know of no other tools with this.

3.    Site Rank

Site Rank Feature

This screenshot shows the results of an old website of mine. It’s taken within the Jaaxy keyword tool site ranking system. The keywords are on the left. The first one makes money reviewing products ranks in the 26th position of Google and is rising. The software returns results for Yahoo and Bing also enabling you to monitor progress.

Another way you can use this is to check out your competition. The tool returns a list of sites so you can visit and get an idea of what words they are ranking for.

4.    Saved Lists

Saved Keyword Lists

A really awesome way to keep everything organized. At a glance, you can see how many keywords are in each list, the amount of expected traffic, and the date saved. You can also export lists, rename and delete them. Keyword searches provide the option of adding the word to a new list or an existing one.

5.    Search Analysis

Search Analysis Feature

Absolutely amazing, it tells you the top ranking sites for the phrase you are looking for on the three major search engines. As you can see matchasource.com and t2tea.com hold the first two positions. Now you can visit their websites to get ideas for your own.

Search Analysis Details

This is what you will see when clicking the view details button. The blue one as seen in the first snapshot. The meta description, meta keyword density, word count, links on site, Alexa rank and Adsense. All of this valuable information could be used to increase your position in the search engines.

It is true that keywords aren’t as significant as they once were but doesn’t mean you should abandon practical practices. Using proven techniques correctly can’t hurt and Google does need to know what your posts are about.

6.    Affiliate Programs

Searching For Affiliate Programs

One of my favorite aspects of the Jaaxy keyword suggestion tool. I typed in matcha tea and chose Commission Junction and voila a number of affiliate programs popped up. These companies listed want us to sell their product in return for a commission.

Mighty Leaf Tea is offering 10% on each sale of matcha tea. Sometimes the percentages can be much higher. For instance, many digital products at ClickBank offer as some as high as 75%. By the way, this method also saves you from having to do a manual search.

7.    Brainstorm

Brainstorm Keyword Ideas

Every time you do a search an alternative list of keyword ideas is formulated for you. In addition, a brainstorm queue can be produced. With this feature (shown above) the analyzer will bring back results from Google Trends, Alexa, Amazon, and Twitter. SImply click on the blue + sign and it will add the phrase to your queue.

These are then automatically transferred to the keyword tool suggestion page where you may do a search to find more related keywords. It is just another way to get ahead of your competition and save time by doing all your research in one place. This can also be used for niche research.

What Did I Miss?

I missed three self-explanatory features. First, search history is exactly as it sounds. Your searches are saved so if you need to leave or shut things down for a while when you return you can pick right up where you left off. Next, the help section is where you can watch video training on how to use Jaaxy and how to contact support. Finally, you will find information on the Jaaxy affiliate program by clicking the affiliate tab on the upper level.

Give It A Try! It’s 100% Free!

What I Don’t Like So much!

The actual software itself is pretty amazing. The beef I have is with the pricing structure and what is offered with each membership. At each level, I would rather have unlimited use of whatever features are included. For example, with the site rank feature, Pro offers up to 2000 scans per month. Enterprise offers 10, 000. I am okay with this.

However, it’s a partial scan, not a complete one. Your post must be within the first 10 pages of Google in order for the results to be returned. Pro membership won’t show you the results if you are on page 11 or higher. Thus, you need to upgrade. I think this is unfair especially for new marketers.

Anyhow, it’s a subtle way to get folks to upgrade. I love Jaaxy but I do question the tactics. On the other hand, if your post is not in the top ten you won’t be getting any traffic and that means your site needs more work to improve overall rankings.

The second point is pricing. There is a huge difference between the monthly and yearly membership fees. Enterprise is $99 a month so roughly that is $1200 per year. However, if you make a one-time payment it is $499 a savings of $700. A lot of folks cannot afford $499 and $99 is pretty steep too. Why not just charge $40 per month and $499 per year?

Conclusion & Money Saving Tip

Despite my misgivings in the what I do not like section I really love the Jaaxy keyword tool. It has many excellent features and works at a very quick speed. I recommend the free starter trial to get a feel for the generator. Next, join Wealthy Affiliate (if you are not part of another community). This way you can get free access to Jaaxy with all the benefits of the WA (it also has a free starter program).

  1. Hi Kewl; I have read through your post on ‘Best keyword tool suggestion software revealed’.

I found it to be very rich information, that will add value to one’s website content if practice.

However, if a website is plague with issues for over one year and is not generating cash, don’t you think it would be unwise to do the upgrade in Jaaxy?

    1. Hi DorcasW,

      Thanks for visiting my site.

My thoughts are to use the Jaaxy Lite (free as a member of WA) until one is making money from their website. Once a steady amount of revenue is coming in that’s the time to upgrade.

It is not necessary to buy the upgraded Jaaxy at the beginning stages. The upgrade version provides speed and efficiency which is important as one’s business grows.

The free version with Wealthy Affiliate membership is more than sufficient to get the job done. On the other hand, if you are a member of WA, worked very hard for a year and your website is not earning money for you I highly recommend reaching out to Kyle or Carson.

Explain your situation and ask them to audit your website and provide the necessary advice to fix your site and start the revenue flow. 🙂

I hope this helps. If yo have any other questions please let me know.

      Once again, thanks so much.

  2. Thank you for the suggestion of Jaaxy. I do find that after accessing it, I have a hard time with one feature… the brainstorm feature.

Every time I try to add things, it doesn’t change the layout at all. How do I get it to bring up things related to the keyword I type in?

    1. Hi Ernest,

      Thanks for visiting my site!

That is a good idea for another post or something I should add to this post. I just tried it and it seems fairly simply. Click on brainstorm. The top right beside affiliate programs. You will be taken to a new page. In the search bar enter your “keyword” and click add to brainstorm queue (on the right).

You can also choose a word or phrase from GoogleTrends, Alexa, Amazon and Twitter.

When you click add – the keyword phrase shows up on the left hand side under where it says brainstorm queue. You then need to click on the keyword in that brainstorm queue.

It will bring you back to the normal search feature (original page) with a whole list of related keywords. I hope this helps. I will try to update this post and add some screen shots of how to brainstorm.

Thanks so much for the great question. If you have any others please let me know.

  3. Jaaxy is definitely the lead keyword tool on the market and is one of the most accurate that I know of to date. In the past, I have tried many different keyword tools in search of finding something that will truly work for my business, and this has hit home for me! I appreciate you making this post, and your website is well made and super clean :).

    1. Hi Ryan,

Thanks so much. I appreciate your kind words. I love Jaaxy too and find it is very fast and efficient when doing research. Saves a lot of time. I am glad you enjoyed my site. It’s still a work in progress 🙂

      Have a great day.

  4. Kewl, this is an excellent review of Jaaxy as a very effective key word research tool. I like the way you have explained the attributes of Jaaxy then gone into more detail about how it works. I especially like the way you explained the Alphabet Soup feature and then the Search Engine analysis. I have not paid much attention to that till reading your article. I know now I need to spend more time on Jaaxy researching key words and the competition for those keywords.
Thank you for some very helpful information

    1. Hello Judy,

Thanks so much for your kind words.

I am glad you found the information useful. It’s nice to be able to help out a fellow WA member. I watched the help videos as research for this post. There are several Jaaxy features I have not used yet either!

I hope your business is progressing well.

      All The Best,

  5. Jaaxy is without a doubt the best keyword tool and I’ve tried many of them.
It’s inexpensive and costs even nothing if you join Wealthy Affiliate.

Let’s face it, without great keywords your online business will go nowhere.
Jaaxy gives you every advantage you need to stay ahead of the competition.

The best plan is to find the low hanging fruit keywords with little or no competition.
Jaaxy shows you the best results so that you are on the right track and not wasting your time.

I’m so glad I have Jaaxy to help me!

    1. Hi Rob,

Thanks for your comments. It’s much appreciated.
I have heard from quite a few members that they love using Jaaxy.

I am glad it helps with your keyword research. I am not ranking very high at the moment for my long-tailed keywords but maybe in another few weeks, I’ll see a change.

      Best of luck to you,

  6. Best Keyword Tool suggestion Software Revealed.
Very nice, and professional looking site, well done. I myself am new to online business but I found Jaaxy to be user friendly right off so I can recommend it as well. I enjoyed the detail you put into the description.

You present a good balance of text to graphic/pictures. It made it easy for me to read. I’m glad I came to your site. You’ve given me a review of the benefits of Jaaxy and more importantly a good detail of each category.

    1. Hi Paul,

Thanks. I appreciate your kind words. I like Jaaxy too. It is very good at what it proposes to do. I haven’t reached the first page of Google yet but I think that is because Google’s algorithm has changed and it is important to make the site user-friendly for visitors.

So other factors come into play such as social value. Although, some people say links aren’t important they are probably the most significant factor in ranking so it is important to build friends in the same business preferably experts so eventually you can link from their site to yours.

Internal linking as explained at WA is important too. Keyword research is still usefully though and why not use it as foot up on the competition?

Have you noticed the Google Keyword tool does give exact figures anymore – there data is reported in ranges. Interesting, because they want to get away from encouraging emphasis on keywords when writing.
